Tickets are available outside the office before school and over the lunch hour for The EVENT, which takes place in our gym Saturday March 18th at 7:00pm.
The Grade level meeting and parent meeting with the MLCC to discuss the Grad Dinner and Safe Grad will take place ThursdayMarch 23rd; 10:00am for students and 6:00pm for parents. It is important that someone from each family attends at least one of these meetings (paperwork will be distributed).
Sunday April 9th - Grad pancake breakfast at DJay's (3354 Portage Ave.) 9:30-11:30. Tickets are $15 and will be sold outside the school office at lunch hour and after school. The deadline for ticket purchase is March 24th. Twenty five volunteers are needed. Please contact Ms. Walterson if you can help.
Grad photo retakes will take place TuesdayApril 18th (changed from March 17th). A sign up sheet is posted outside Room 207. If you return your original proofs you will not have to pay for the sitting fee. If you keep the proofs, the $30 sitting fee will apply.
May 2nd-May 4th - seat selection for the Grad Dinner. At this time, your ticket purchase should have already been made online. Students will be selecting their seats and submitting their Safe Grad paperwork at this time. More information about this process will take place at the March 23rd meeting.
A Drive for Ford fundraiser will take place in the school's parking lot on Friday May 5th from 9am-6pm. Details to follow.
A sign up sheet for the Grad Car Wash SaturdayMay 27th at the Canadian Tire Gas Bar (3530 Portage Ave.) is outside Room 207.
Monday June 26th - Convocation rehearsal in the gym 10:00am
Tuesday June 27th - Convocation at the Concert Hall (1000-555 Main St.) Grads arrive at 8:00am, ceremony begins at 9:00am.
Thursday June 29th - Grad dinner/Safe Grad (Victoria inn 1808 Wellington Ave.) Doors open at 5:00pm, dinner at 6:00pm, Safe Grad to follow.
